We appreciated the helpful staff who gave us tips on local hotspots, and the well-equipped kitchen that allowed us to cook our own meals. the location was ideal as it was close to public transportation and popular tourist attractions.

Our room was not adequately secure and we did not feel safe leaving our belongings unattended. The door had a faulty lock and didn't properly latch, leaving a gap that even allowed light in.

Great amenities and location, but. During our city break, we found the amenities in the room to be excellent. The private bathroom was well-decorated, and the kitchen provided helpful appliances. The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore the city. However, we were disappointed that the hostel lacked a sense of community as it was very quiet, and we didn't get to interact with other travelers. Additionally, the noise from the nearby bar made it difficult to sleep, which was frustrating.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Clean and well-facilitated hotel facilities, including a self-check-in machine with individual passwords, a shared kitchen with great facilities, and clean beddings. The hotel is also conveniently located, with easy access to transportation, nearby minimarkets with lower prices compared to the city center, and beautiful surrounding regions with cheaper food & beer.

For us, it was ideal, and we had no negative aspects to mention.

I recently stayed at Hostel Hello for a few nights and had a great experience. The kitchen and room were both impeccably clean, and all the facilities, including the bedding and towels, were in good condition. The shower worked well and the manager was always in touch, even allowing us to leave our luggage before check-in time. The design outside our room was welcoming, youthful, and playful, and the room itself was heated to a comfortable temperature. The hostel is conveniently located near the tram and metro stations, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, there is a great bar right next to the hostel with cheap beer and great music.
